When shopping in-store, let the salesperson know you’d like to use Qantas Points towards your purchase, scan your digital Frequent Flyer card via the Qantas App and when prompted select 'Use Qantas Points' or 'Points Plus Pay'

You can choose to use points towards all or part of your purchase with Points Plus Pay - and the balance can be paid using any accepted form of payment

Earning Qantas Points

*Qantas Frequent Flyer members can earn 2 points per $1 spent online and in-store on transactions in Australia at HOKA Australia, excluding gift cards and shipping fees. To earn points in-store, a member must present a digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card via the Qantas App at payment. To earn points online, a member must add their Qantas Frequent Flyer number during checkout or must have previously added their Qantas Frequent Flyer number to their HOKA Australia account and be logged into that account during checkout. If a member is unable to provide their Qantas Frequent Flyer number at the time of the transaction, they will be unable to earn Qantas Points. Qantas Points will be credited to your account within 30 days of purchase (or date of collection for Click and Collect purchases). Eligibility for earning Qantas Points is subject to change. Qantas Points will not be earned on any part of an order that you return, exchange or cancel. Using Qantas Points

To use Qantas Points (In-Store Only), you must use a minimum of 2,000 Qantas Points and have a cash minimum of $10 on your order for an eligible product. These minimum redemption amounts can change without notice. A member can choose to use Qantas Points to cover the entire value of an eligible product or, choose to use a portion of Qantas Points via Points Plus Pay, where the remaining balance can be paid using an accepted form of payment. If an item is returned where Qantas Points were used towards the transaction, members will have the option of an exchange, store credit or a refund of the points redeemed. How do I earn Qantas Points on my transaction?

  • To earn Qantas Points on transactions in-store, you have to scan your digital or physical Qantas Frequent Flyer card when you’re ready to pay. You can find your card in the Qantas App, your Apple Wallet or Google Pay. Add your card to your digital wallet or download or update your Qantas app.

  • To earn Qantas Points on transactions online, you must add your Qantas Frequent Flyer number during checkout or must have previously added your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to your UGG account and be logged into that account during checkout.

How do I use Qantas Points on my transaction?

  • To use Qantas Points in-store, a member must advise the salesperson that they wish to use Qantas Points when asked how they would like to pay, present and scan their digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card using the latest version of the Qantas App. In the event a member has enough points, they can choose to use Qantas Points to cover the entire eligible products within the order or choose to use a portion of points via Points Plus Pay when prompted via the Qantas APP, where the balance can be paid using any accepted form of payment. To use Qantas Points, an order must contain a minimum of $10 of eligible products. The minimum redemption amount is 2,000 Qantas Points for $10 off.

Will I be prompted to earn Qantas Points on every transaction?

  • When shopping in-store, you'll have the option to present and scan your Qantas Frequent Flyer card via the Qantas App at the time of payment.

  • When shopping online, you must add your Qantas Frequent Flyer number during checkout or must have previously added your Qantas Frequent Flyer number to your HOKA account and be logged into that account during checkout.

Will I be prompted to use Qantas Points on every transaction?

  • When shopping in-store, you will be asked for your preferred form of payment. If you choose to use Qantas Points towards all or part of your purchase, you will need to present and scan your Qantas Frequent Flyer card via the Qantas App at the time of payment. If you have enough points, you will be prompted in the Qantas App to choose to use Qantas Points towards all or part of your purchase.

Where can I find my digital Qantas Frequent Flyer card?

  • You can find your Qantas Frequent Flyer card in the Qantas App. If you wish to use points, you must use the card in the Qantas App.

How long until I get my Qantas Points if I choose to earn Qantas Points on my transaction?

  • For in-store purchases, Qantas Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 14 days of purchase. For online purchases, Qantas Points will be credited to your Frequent Flyer account within 30 days of purchase, where the date of purchase for Click and Collect orders will be treated as the date of collection.

How many Qantas Points will I earn on my transaction?

  • You'll earn 2 points per $1 spent on eligible transactions, excluding gift cards and shipping fees.

Can I earn Qantas Points when purchasing a Gift Card?

  • No, you can't earn Qantas Points on the purchase of a Gift Card. However, you can earn Qantas Points on the cash component of purchases where a Gift Card is used towards payment.

If I return, cancel or request a refund on a purchase where Qantas Points were used towards payment, will my points be credited back to my Frequent Flyer account?

  • Yes, if an item is returned where Qantas Points were used towards the transaction, members will have the option of an exchange, store credit or a refund of the points redeemed.
