  • The Promotion is available to all Australian and New Zealand residents who satisfy the eligibility requirements while stocks of the Gift last.

  • The Promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other offer.

  • A customer must make an eligible purchase within the Promotion Period to receive the Gift. An Eligible Purchase is a single transaction made during the Promotion Period containing at least one pair of HOKA Clifton 10 shoes via the HOKA Australia Website (https://www.au.hoka.com), HOKA New Zealand Website (https://www.nz.hoka.com) or in-store at any of the following HOKA Brand Stores:

  • The first 150 customers to make an Eligible Purchase via either the HOKA Australia Website or the HOKA New Zealand Website will receive the Gift. 

  • The first 20 customers to make an Eligible Purchase via each of the HOKA Brand Stores will receive the Gift.

  • The Gift is not transferable or refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.

  • If any item(s) of the Eligible Purchase are returned, the customer may be liable to return the Gift to the Promoters. If not returned, the value of the Gift may be deducted from any eligible refund.

  • A customer is only eligible to receive one Gift for an Eligible Purchase for the duration of the Promotion. If multiple Eligible Purchases are made during the Promotion Period a customer will only be eligible to receive one Gift.

  • Employees of the Promoters are ineligible for the Promotion where an employee discount is applied to what would otherwise be an Eligible Purchase.

  • If for any reason the conduct or operation of the Promotion is interfered with or disrupted, the Promoters reserve the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend or recommence the Promotion.
